Here we go again… Quicken cannot connect to my Schools First FCU accounts I have already tried all the solutions offered every other time this has happened, which is becoming more frequent I have also reached out to Schools First How does a school credit union have such garbage technology?

I am unable to connect to SchoolsFirst FCU accounts When I try to do so, Quicken asks me which method I would like to use to obtain my 2-step verification code, but then it does not provide one, runs through the supposed update, and shows nothing! Is something going on with the connection to SchoolsFirst? Thanks!

Since SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union recently updated their website and is currently reporting that online banking is unavailable, that very likely could be contributing to the FDP-102 errors you’re seeing

I was also able to review the internal connection with Schools First Federal Credit Union, and I can see that you are receiving an FDP-185 (CC-585) Below you will find instructions that should hopefully assist in reaching a resolution

My issue recently started Is there a recommended fix for this issue that will not duplicate the transactions already downloaded? In addition, I noticed before the inability to download anything, that some of the transactions that did download did not associate with the correct account

Based on the reports here and what we’re seeing internally, this does appear to be related to recent changes on SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union’s end, including their website update and possible changes to authentication (such as MFA)

For several weeks now I can't download new transactions from SchoolsFirst Credit Union to Quicken I have tried reconnecting the account several times It makes the connection fine, but won't download new transactions
